If you have a booking problem, read this first

• Ticket not received, wrong date, refund or cancellation — contact the reseller named in your confirmation email.
• Questions about castle opening times or closures on a specific date — the Prague Castle Administration publishes these at hrad.cz.
• Lost property, accessibility arrangements, group bookings with official castle guides — the castle's own information centres handle these directly.

What we do want to hear about

Corrections

The single most useful email we receive. If a price on this site is out of date, an entrance is closed, a tram stop has moved or a route no longer works, tell us. Include the page and, if you can, what you saw on the ground and when.

Questions the site does not answer

If you could not find something here, that is a gap in our coverage as much as a question. We use these to decide what to write next.

Press and content enquiries

Quoting or citing this site is fine with attribution and a link. Republishing whole pages is not. For anything else, ask.
