praguecastle.guide ("the site", "we", "us") is an independent, privately operated travel information website. Contact: info@praguecastle.guide.
By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. Independence disclaimer
- We are an information and comparison site. We do not operate the monument, set its prices, control its opening hours or manage its access rules.
- We do not sell tickets. We have no ticketing system, no checkout and no access to venue inventory.
- Names such as "Prague Castle", "Pražský hrad", "St. Vitus Cathedral" and "Golden Lane" are used descriptively, to identify the places this site provides information about. No claim of ownership, affiliation or authorisation is made or implied.
- Any trade marks, logos and brand names referred to on this site remain the property of their respective owners.
3. Affiliate disclosure
This site participates in affiliate programmes operated by licensed third-party ticket resellers, currently Tiqets and GetYourGuide, and by accommodation partners.
- When you follow a booking link from this site and complete a purchase, we may receive a commission from that partner.
- You pay the same price as you would by going to the partner directly. The commission is paid out of the partner's margin.
- Affiliate links on this site are marked with `rel="nofollow sponsored"` and open in a new tab.
- Commission does not influence our editorial judgement. We routinely recommend the free or cheaper option where it is the better one.

4. Bookings are made with third parties
If you buy a ticket, tour or accommodation after following a link from this site, the contract is concluded between you and that third-party provider, under their terms and conditions. We are not a party to it.
- Payment, confirmation, delivery of tickets, date changes, cancellations and refunds are handled entirely by the provider.
- We cannot access, view, modify or cancel any booking.
- For any booking issue, contact the provider named in your confirmation email, quoting your reference number.
- We are not liable for the acts, omissions, service quality, cancellation policies or insolvency of any third-party provider.
5. Accuracy of information
We take care to publish accurate, current information, and we cite official sources for prices, opening hours and access rules — principally the material published by the Prague Castle Administration at hrad.cz.
- Information is provided "as is", for general guidance, without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
- Prices, opening hours, ticket categories, discount rules, transport routes and access arrangements change without notice.
- Individual buildings, or the entire complex, may close at short notice for operational or state-ceremonial reasons.
- Figures are correct as at the date of our last check, which is stated on each page. Always verify on the official website before you travel.
- Currency conversions are approximate and shown for orientation only. Prague Castle charges in Czech crowns (CZK).
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss or damage arising from use of this site or reliance on its content, including without limitation missed visits, closed monuments, unavailable tickets, price differences, travel costs, or the acts or omissions of third-party providers.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

This site links to external websites, including official sources, ticket resellers and accommodation partners. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, terms or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the destination site.

The text, structure, design and original graphics of this site are our property and are protected by copyright.
- You may quote short extracts with clear attribution and a link to the source page.
- You may not republish, scrape, redistribute or reproduce whole pages or substantial parts of the site without written permission.
- You may not use our content to train or fine-tune commercial models without written permission.
- Photographs used on this site are licensed or used in accordance with their respective terms. If you believe material has been used in error, contact us and we will remove it promptly.

We keep data collection to a minimum.
- We do not ask you to create an account and we do not collect payment details — there is nothing to pay us for.
- Email addresses sent to info@praguecastle.guide are used only to reply to your message and are not added to any mailing list or sold.
- Booking widgets and links embedded from Tiqets, GetYourGuide and accommodation partners are served by those companies and may set their own cookies and process data under their privacy policies. Please read them on the partner's own site.
- Affiliate partners may set a cookie to attribute a booking to this site. It records that a referral happened; it does not identify you to us.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one in force, and the date at the top of the page shows when it last changed.
